Pengaruh Latihan Plyometric Terhadap Peningkatan Power Otot Lengan Pada Mahasiswa Prodi Penjaskesrek STKIP Modern Ngawi
Abstract
Pengaruh Latihan Plyometric Terhadap Peningkatan Power Otot Lengan Pada Mahasiswa Prodi Penjaskesrek Stkip Modern Ngawi. Skripsi. Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan Dan Rekreasi, STKIP Modern Ngawi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis perbedaanipengaruh ilatihan iDrop iPush iUps idan iPush iUp iWith iClap iterhadap ipower iotot ilengan ipada imahasiswa iputra iProdi Penjaskesrek STKIP Modern Ngawi, 2) Menganalisis efektivitas ilatihan Drop iPush iUps idan iPush iUp iWith iClap iterhadap ipeningkatan ipower iotot ilengan ipada imahasiswa iputra Prodi Penjaskesrek STKIP Modern Ngawi. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan Pretest–Posttest Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu semua mahasiswa laki-laki Program Studi Penjaskesrek STKIP Modern ngawi berjumlah 235 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan random sampling yang diperoleh sampel sebanyak 40 mahasiswa. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji perbedaan t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan drop push up dan push up with clap terhadap power otot lengan pada mahasiswa putra STKIP Modern Ngawi. Latihan pus up with clap memiliki pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pada latihan drop push up dalam meningkatkan power otot lengan pada mahasiswa putra STKIP Modern Ngawi.
