inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Nyeri punggung bawah salah satu gangguan muskuloskeletal yang banyak terjadi pada Masyarakat. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Prevalensi kasus pada tahun 2020 mencapai 619 juta penduduk dunia mengalami nyeri punggung bawah dan prediksi meningkat menjadi 843 juta kasus pada tahun 2050 yang disebabkan oleh faktor pekerjaan, merokok dan BMI yang tinggi. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Penelitian kualitatif dengan studi </span></span><em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">literatur review</span></span></em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"> menggunakan berbagai kajian pustaka dalam memperkuat analisis penelitian dengan data sekunder. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">menggunakan kata kunci pada scopus berupa </span></span><em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">“terapi olahraga”, “nyeri pinggang”, “non-spesifik”</span></span></em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"> . </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Pencarian yang dilakukan tahun 2018-2023 terdapat 160 artikel dalam jurnal scopus di seleksi sesuai kriteria peneliti menjadi 5 artikel referensi. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Hasil penemuan lima artikel yang menjelaskan mengenai terapi olahraga bagi penderita </span></span><em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">nyeri punggung bawah non-spesifik</span></span></em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"> mengalami peningkatan kesembuhan yang signifikan. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Kelima artikel tersebut membahas latian mengenai </span></span><em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">latihan stabilitas inti</span></span></em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"> maupun </span></span><em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">latihan fleksi William</span></span></em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"> yang dikombinasikan dengan model latihan lainnya dan terapi
