Penerapan Gerak Teknik Dasar Pencak Silat Bagi Perkembangan Motorik Anak Usia 10-12 Tahun di SDN Wonokerto 4
Abstract
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan gerak motorik anak usia 10-12 tahun melalui pembelajaran gerak teknik dasar pencak silat pada siswa SDN Wonokerto 4 tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian pada anak usia 10-12 tahun pada siswa SDN Wonokerto 4 berjumlah 15 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan tes dan observasi aktifitas peserta didik selama kegiatan pembelajaran gerak teknik dasar pencak silat. Ketercapaian hasil belajar kemampuan motorik pada kondisi awal sebesar 61, siklus I sebesar 69, dan siklus II sebesar 75. Sedangkan ketercapaian peningkatan perkembangan motorik dari pra siklus ke siklus I sebesar 13,1%, dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 8,6 %. Peningkatan tes perkembangan kemampuan motorik dari secara keseluruhan dari kondisi awal ke siklus II sebesar 22,9%. Pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan pembelajaran gerak teknik dasar pencak silat dapat meningkatkan perkembangan kemampuan motorik pada siswa usia 10-12 tahun di SDN Wonokerto 4 tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 ini dibuktikan dari hasil siklus I sampai siklus II.
