Latihan Plyometric Terhadap Peningkatan Kapasitas VO2Max pada Pemian Futsal
Abstract
Penelitian ni bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan plyometric terhadap peningkatan kapasitas VO2 Max pada pemain futsal STKIP Modern Ngawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu. Desain grup yang digunakan adalah one group Pretest Posttest. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu semua pemian futsal putra STKIP Modern ngawi yang yang berjumlah 32 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 32 pemain. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Yo-Yo test. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji perbedaan t-test dengan menggunakan prasyarat test berupa uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh latihan plyometric terhadap peningkatan kapasitas VO2 Max pada pemain futsal STKIP Modern Ngawi.
