PENGARUH LATIHAN SMALL SIDED GAMES 4 v 4 dan 7 v 7 TERHADAP AKURASI PASSING TIM GARUDA SOCCER SCHOOL
Abstract
Latar belakang dari permasalahan penelitian ini adalah masih banyak siswa yang kurang tepat dalam melakukan passing dalam permainan sepak bola, passing siswa yang dilakukan belum terarah dengan sasaran yang ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan small sided games 4 v 4 dan 7 v 7 terhadap akurasi passing. sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 siswa diambil dengan cara purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t melalui uji prasyarat normalitas dan homogenitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pretest-Postest Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh latihan small sided games 4 v 4 dan 7 v 7 terhadap akurasi passing. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi hitung pada uji t kelompok pre test dan post test sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (Sig< 0,05).
