EFEKTIVITAS VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN SPORT MASSAGE PADA MAHASISWA PJKR STKIP MODERN NGAWI
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis efektivitas video pembelajaran sport massage dalam peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa PJKR STKIP Modern Ngawi, 2) Menganalisis perbedaan hasil belajar mahasiswa antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol mahasiswa PJKR STKIP Modern Ngawi. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan Pretest–Posttest Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu semua mahasiswa Program Studi Penjaskesrek STKIP Modern ngawi berjumlah 265 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan random sampling yang diperoleh sampel sebanyak 40 mahasiswa. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji perbedaan t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar mahasiswa antara kelompok eksperimen (rata-rata 84.57) dengan kelompok kontrol (rata-rata 72.45). Pembelajaran yang menggunakan media video lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah sport massage. Ada peningkatan nilai hasil belajar pretest dan posttest pada kelompok eksperimen dari 62.63 menjadi 84.57.
