UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SERVIS BAWAH MELALUI PENDEKATAN TEACHING GAME FOR UNDERSTANDING MATERI BOLA VOLI KELAS X SMA IMBS SAMARINDA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar servis bawah dalam permainan bola voli pada peserta didik kelas X SMA IMBS Samarinda tahun ajaran 2022/2023 melalui pendekatan Teaching Game for Understanding. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang melibatkan populasi peserta didik kelas X SMA IMBS Samarinda tahun ajaran 2022/2023, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 21 orang. Data penelitian ini terdiri dari hasil tes keterampilan hand pass bola voli yang diukur menggunakan sub-maintenance pada semua sampel. Analisis statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS pada taraf signifikansi 90% (0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran Teaching Game for Understanding berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA IMBS Samarinda. Dalam kategori tinggi, terdapat 19 peserta didik (90%), kategori sedang 1 peserta didik (5%), dan kategori rendah 1 peserta didik (5%). Secara umum, pengaruh metode pembelajaran Teaching Game for Understanding terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA IMBS Samarinda didominasi oleh kategori tinggi. Uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa nilai t (t-value) sebesar -13,045 jauh lebih tinggi daripada nilai t tabel yang didapatkan dengan reliabilitas alpha sebesar 0,05 (t-table = 1,729). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran Teaching Game for Understanding secara signifikan mempengaruhi pemahaman siswa dalam servis bola voli.
