STUDI STATUS KETERAMPILAN TEKNIK DASAR BOLA VOLI SISWA PUTRA EKSTRAKURIKULER SMP NEGERI KABUPATEN NGAWI
Abstract
menyusun norma gerak dasar siswa, dan menentukan status gerakan dasar pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Kabupaten Ngawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normative survey. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Kabupaten Ngawi. Sampel diambil dengan teknik proporsional random sampling dan diperoleh jumlah sampel yaitu 55 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes dan pengukuran. Data yang dikumpulkan yaitu tes passing atas 60 detik, tes passing bawah 60 detik, tes service atas dengan sasaran, tes service bawah dengan sasaran, dan tes smash dengan sasaran. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah ANAVA dengan penyusunan T-Score dan penyusunan norma. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa norma tes keterampilan voli siswa yang digunakan yaitu ≥ 192 (kurang sekali), 193-219 (kurang), 220-252 (sedang), 253-278 (cukup), 279-307 (baik), ≥ 308 (baik sekali). Status keterampilan bola voli siswa putra ekstrakurikuler SMP Kabupaten Ngawi yaitu paling banyak dalam kondisi cukup yaitu sebanyak 19 siswa (34,55%), sedangkan siswa lainnya mempunyai keterampilan baik sekali sebanyak 3 siswa (5,45%), 7 siswa (12,73%) keterampilan baik, 15 siswa (27,27%) sedang dan 9 siswa (16,36%) kurang. Untuk keterampilan yang kurang sekali hanya 2 siswa (3,64%). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah rangkaian tes keterampilan dasar bola voli dan norma tes keterampilan voli siswa yang digunakan yaitu ≥ 192 (kurang sekali), 193-219 (kurang), 220-252 (sedang), 253-278 (cukup), 279-307 (baik), ≥ 308 (baik sekali) dan paling banyak dalam kondisi cukup yaitu sebanyak 19 siswa (34,55%).
