Abstrak

The Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model is a learning model that can help improve student learning outcomes, especially in student critical thinking. The purpose of this experiment is to determine the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on student learning outcomes, especially at the junior high school level using Integrated Science subjects. The samples of this experiment were from junior high school students in grades 7 A 1 and 7 A 2. The technique used in this research is to use 10 scientific articles. Among them there are seven national journals and then there are three international journals. By using 10 scientific articles, this research can produce a learning model Problem Based Learning (PBL) affects many students regarding learning outcomes, especially in the critical thinking process. This experiment uses Pre-test and post-test retrieval techniques. In this way, it can be seen that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model has a lot of positive impacts on learning outcomes. One of them is that students can be more creative in completing a case study, students can train their way of thinking to be more critical, increase learning outcomes, increase student critical thinking, students can hone and build soft skills. The positive impact for teachers is that teachers can increase creativity in teaching, especially in integrated science lessons.
