Studi Literatur Penerapan Manajemen Sekolah dalam Mengembangkan Peserta Didik

Abstrak

This literature study aims to determine the application of school management that can develop students. The method used in this research is literature study. The sample used was purposive learning related to research on the application of school management and student development with the following details: 7 qualitative descriptive studies, 3 case study studies and 2 survey studies. Seven qualitative descriptive studies will be used as samples in the application of school management that can develop students while the other 5 studies will be used as supporting materials for this literature study. Based on the results of this literature study, it was found that 91.67% of the implementation of school management focuses on improving the quality of education. In addition, the increase in changes in the character of students is also the reason for the implementation of school management.
