Abstract

This research discusses the importance of science learning based on local wisdom in the learning process. Learning based on local wisdom can maintain the nation’s culture and improve students abilities, especially in critical thinking skills. The method used int the research is a literature study by analyzing various relevant journals. This research found that the science learning process by integrating local wisdom was very influential in improving students abilities, especially in critical thinking and preserving local culture.
