Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of school-based management in schools. The method used in this research is literature study. The sample used is purposive learning related to research on school-based management evaluation with 10 evaluative studies using the CIPP model (context, input, process, products). These ten studies will serve as samples in the evaluation of school-based management in this literature study. Based on the results of this literature study, it was found that 31.03% of school-based management evaluations were more effective on input variables compared to context, process and product aspects. The input aspect relates to alternative approaches, action plans, staff plans, and financing for program continuity in meeting the needs of the target group and achieving the stated goals.
