Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to improve the competence of PAUD teachers in developing Project-Based Learning (PjBL)-based teaching modules in accordance with the Independent Curriculum. The methods used include training, workshops, and direct mentoring to 30 PAUD teachers in Surabaya. Each participant is trained to design interactive and contextual teaching modules, with a focus on integrating PjBL into the curriculum. The results of the evaluation showed a significant improvement in teachers' understanding and skills in developing project-based teaching modules, which can be seen from the pretest and posttest assessments. In addition, teachers also show high enthusiasm for the use of the PjBL method, which has a positive impact on student engagement and learning outcomes. The conclusion of this activity is that intensive training and mentoring are effective in improving the quality of early childhood learning through the development of PjBL-based teaching modules.
